bbPress is the outstanding forum software from the makers of WordPress.
It powers not only the official WordPress forums, but you’ll also see it in action at our own Premium WPMU DEV forums and integrated with WordPress MU at sites like Edublogs and Blogs.mu.
We use it for several reasons…

- bbPress integrates beautifully with WordPress MU and we’ve enhanced that with avatar crossover and cookie sharing
- bbPress is an integral part of BuddyPress
We offer bbPress installation and integration in two packages – firstly alongside WordPress MU (the same way that Edublogs uses it) and also integrated with WordPress MU and also BuddyPress – it powers the group forums in BuddyPress.
Alongside bbPress we’ll also install all the other features that you’d get with our standard WPMU install.
