Are pSek a good host / do you use them yourselves? Yes – we use them to host hundreds of WPMU sites.
Can I change my hosting plan with pSek for a larger / smaller one? Yes – they cater to all hosting arrangements and you can choose their smallest plan or run dedicated servers through them if you wish.
Can you also install these extra plugins for me? No – we will install the latest version of WPMU for you (patched and bug fixed), with all the WPMU DEV Premium plugins and themes and then you’ll get login details and FTP – you can then install whatever you want on your site.
But will you support our WPMU development / bugfix plugins / manage upgrades etc. ? No – we aim to provide the most affordable and accessable service we can here, if we had to cover all of that we’d need to charge you thousands! However, you can get support for all of the extra plugins and themes included in the package, as well as advanced and beginners WPMU discussion via the WPMU DEV Premium Forums.
Will you help me migrate existing WordPress sites to the new install? No, I’m afraid we can’t do that (same reasons as above) – however, you may be able to get advice and assistance via the WPMU DEV Premium Forums.
Do I get ongoing help and support at all? Yes, pSek provide you with a support desk that offers (in our opinion) the best hosting support that we’ve experienced (and we’ve tried a lot!)
Can you install on a different server / hosting company? No, I’m afraid not, although once you have your setup in place it is 100% able to be migrated to any other host via a simple cPanel dump.
