Included within this installation is the initiation of a hosting account with pSek.com – users should review the pSek Terms of Service for further information regarding this hosting arrangement.
WP.MU is not responsible for the ongoing hosting arrangements with pSek.com and any queries should be directed towards pSek.
Users choosing to use the service may receive ongoing help and support should they wish to via the WPMU DEV Premium service.
While WP.MU will investigate and fix where required any functional problems with included WPMU DEV Premium plugins and themes we are not responsible for ongoing help and support unless the user chooses to undertake this via a membership to WPMU DEV Premium.
WP.MU is not responsible for upgrades, further customization or conflicts with other plugins outside of this installation. However, users may use the WPMU DEV Premium forums for both advanced and basic discussion of any issues that arise alongside any issues or questions regarding WPMU DEV Premium plugins and/or themes.
WPMU DEV Premium members may also request extra plugins, themes and other functionality that may be developed by WPMU DEV and used in WP.MU installs.
This is in order to offer users as affordable and simple a installation service as possible.
